Hearthstone Betting Sites

Hearthstone Betting is pretty exciting. But from time to time there are a bit of lack of Hearthstone Bets, probably because of how the game plays out. One is a bit limited to bet on only a winner per match, and nothing else. You can find Hearthstone betting on most eSports Bookers. The Hearthstone bookers we recommend is shown on this page. You are able to find more Hearthstone eSports Betting when there are tournaments going and live. When there are no big tournaments live, there are not much to bet on within the HS scene for now.

Remember to only play with money you can afford to loose.

The game and eSports

Blizzard’s Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft is the biggest digital card game in terms of popularity. Hearthstone was for a long time one of the biggest eSports but other games like Fortnite, CS:GO, League of Legends and Dota 2 has slowly became more popular.

Hearthstone is based on the Warcraft universe. It is a strategic card game with a turn-based system where two opponents battle eachotehr. The classes available in Hearthstone is very much alike the classes in other games from Blizzards games: Warrior, Shaman, Rogue, Paladin, Hunter, Druid, Warlock, Mage, and Priest. All classes have unique cards and hero/class powers. Each player starts with minimum 30 cards per deck, from their collection of cards. The goal is to get the opponents hero from 30 to zero. The cards are based on 4 different types of cards: minions (who fight for you in different ways), spells (can do everything from doing damage to opponent, to turning other minions into a useless frog), weapons (makes your hero attack), and hero cards. You get a new quest daily, play it to get more gold which can be used to buy new cards. The cards are ordered by rarity: Basic Common, Rare, Epic and the most rare – Legendary. The game uses a “semi-free” model of revenue, meaning players can play for free or pay to get more card packs or content.

The future of Hearthstone eSports

We think Hearthstone overall got a pretty diffucult road ahead of em. They have probably already peaked and it´s hard to bring back the hype to a game that loads of eSports fans think is a bit of a let down the last 3-4 expansions. Games Like Magic, League of Legends Card Game and other Card games takes some of the viewers, meanwhile the new and young eSports fans prefer other type of games. Games like Overwatch, Fortnite, Call of Duty etc are more popular and that leaves less room to games like Hearthstone on the eSpors scene.

We are certain that HS will keep their player base with casual players, but that is probably it. They way to become a great eSport (again) is really hard for a game like this one. But one can never know. Who believed for 5 years ago that a “casual game” like Fortnite would ever be able to become an eSport?

Not only does it get smaller amount of viewers on the eSports scene, the betting sites also does lack some eSports betting for it from time to time.

The only way to save Hearthstone as an eSport from our point of view is to get the young eSports viewers and players interested in the game, which is extremely hard due to the fact that they prefer casual and easy games obviously. We do not see a way for HS to attract that kind of players, if they do not find a setup that is easy going, played with friends and still very casual.
